We are writing to inform you of urgent maintenance on our Reporting Database server scheduled for April 29, 2026, from 04:00 to 09:00 IST (5 hours). The purpose is to enhance the performance and long-term reliability of the Reporting engine.
During this window, email delivery report updates will be delayed. Specifically, you may experience delayed data on the CPaaS panel, temporary interruptions in the Live Feed section, and delayed webhook processing for events older than 5 days. No impact is expected on email injection (SMTP/API) or delivery services. Once the activity is complete, reporting will resume real-time updates.
